HIITer（以下「当方」）は、スマートフォン向けアプリ「よたよた どうぶつ便」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人情報を当方が取得することはありません。ゲームの進行状況（クリアしたステージ、★の数、ハートの数、設定）は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。
本アプリは、Google LLC が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。AdMob は、広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のために、広告識別子（iOS の IDFA / Android の広告 ID）、端末の種類、OS のバージョン、IP アドレス、広告の表示・タップの状況などの情報を取得する場合があります。
iOS では、広告識別子の利用について、端末の「トラッキングの許可」の設定に従います。許可しない場合も本アプリは問題なく遊べますが、表示される広告がパーソナライズされないものになります。欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国などの利用者には、法令に従い同意を確認する画面を表示します。
Google による情報の取り扱いについては、以下をご確認ください。
「広告なしパック」の購入は、Apple（App Store）または Google（Google Play）の決済の仕組みを通じて行われます。お支払い情報を当方が取得することはありません。
当方は、上記の広告配信・決済サービスを除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。
本アプリは幅広い年齢の方に楽しんでいただけるよう作られていますが、13歳未満のお子さまを主な対象としたアプリではありません。
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

This policy explains how HIITer ("we") handles information in the mobile app "Wobbly Animal Delivery" ("the App").
The App does not require an account, and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address or location. Your game progress (cleared stages, stars, hearts and settings) is stored only on your device.
The App uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to show ads. AdMob may collect information such as the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / Advertising ID on Android), device type, OS version, IP address and ad interactions, for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.
On iOS, use of the advertising identifier follows your "Allow Apps to Request to Track" choice. If you do not allow tracking, the App still works, and the ads shown are non-personalized. Users in the EEA, the UK and similar regions are asked for consent as required by law.
The "No Ads Pack" is purchased through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your payment details.
Apart from the advertising and payment services above, we do not share your information with third parties.
The App is designed to be enjoyed by all ages, but it is not primarily directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
